Takeaway Tuesday: Psalm 139: 1-6

I’m squeezing in at the last moment of May to share this free print with you my friends. I loved reading this Psalm the other night. I was challenged to memorize it when I was in high school, and these verses tend to sink in and marinate when I read them. God knows all the details of my life. He’s always there, always watching, always waiting to interact with me. I can tell Him my plans, my triumphs, my woes, but He already knows them! He thinks about me all the time. He cannot get enough of me. And He cannot get enough of you! And even though He knows our innermost being, our deepest depths of our souls, He still wants us to commune with Him. I take great comfort in a God who is not calloused, nor controlling. He is just, and loving, and truly wants us, just as we are. We can put aside the facade and call upon Him. We can’t run from Him, because He already knows where we will go. I know this is a lot to grasp, but I find I delight in God’s omnipresence and omniscience. This month’s free print will hopefully remind you that God knows and sees you, and desires to have a relationship with you.
