I totally missed the mark on a Takeaway Tuesday. Due to this error of omission (I like to call it summer brain), I’ve created a Friday Freebie. It’s a 8.5*11 free print of Psalm 138:8. This beautiful verse is so encouraging to my heart, and I hope you find it uplifting as well. Happy summer friends!

I’ve always found the book of Hebrews encouraging. I love this verse, found in chapter 4. God is the God of grace and mercy. I love that! He helps us in our time of need. I hope this verse encourages your spirit this month.

This post isn’t on a Tuesday. I know I’m breaking my own rules, but I honestly almost forgot to create a print for this month. You know when you can’t help but think there’s something you were needing to do, but can’t quite remember the task? I’ve realized I’m out of Tuesdays for the month of April, so I’m adding this free print in on a Saturday.
I’ve finished reading through the book of Proverbs. Such astuteness from Solomon. Here’s one of my favorites (although I have many in Proverbs). Let’s speak gracious words to one another.

I’m working my way through the Psalms this January. In Psalm 9, David says he will give thanks with his whole heart, and he will recount all of God’s wonderful deeds. I love the idea of presenting my gratitude to God with my whole heart and remembering all He’s done for me. It’s not always easy to do when you’re in the midst of turmoil, or life in the mundane is seemingly on repeat — but to remember God’s faithfulness is a healthy practice. It means I am fixing my eyes up God, and acknowledging He is good. Here’s this month’s free Takeaway Tuesday print. Enjoy!

I always think of November as a month to reflect on all that I am thankful for. Let’s give thanks especially to God, for His steadfast love that endures forever. Oh how I need this encouragement.

As a gal who knows and loves Jesus, I am acutely aware of the grace I’ve received. However, I am far from perfect, and my shortcomings present themselves- sometimes glaringly, sometimes subtly. I need God’s truth, through His word, to remind me that NOTHING can separate me from the love of Jesus Christ. I am His. End of story. This month’s Takeaway Tuesday, Romans 8:38-39, declares this truth.

I love Fall, ya’ll. Sweaters, boots, pumpkin baked goodies. Tea and coffee galore. Dinner with friends. As I’m thinking about Fall, and how it begins on Friday, I am prone to think about gatherings. Fall is the quintessential time of year to gather in our homes, for it naturally hosts holidays such as Thanksgiving. This Fall, I’m challenged and reminded to be hospitable to my fellow neighbor. This may mean someone who thinks completely differently than me, and that’s okay. There is beauty in gathering together. Let’s not forget that hospitality is not just for those gifted in it, but for every single person who knows and loves God. Let’s make this Fall a season of bringing together friends, new and old.

There’s a lot of “newness” going on in my nuclear family’s lives, specifically in the work department. All the men in my family (Pops, Luke, and Jordan) are all starting new job ventures within the month. I am thinking and praying this verse over them all as they remember that ultimately, our job on Earth is to build God’s Kingdom. We are His, and our plans are always in His hands.
